Todd Crick Todd is the General Manager of inCode and has overall P&L responsibility for the group. Todd originally joined inCode in 2001 and has had various roles with the company including Business Development, Partnerships and Corporate Development. Todd led the Enterprise segment before taking over responsibility for overall business management. Prior to that he was a Sr. Consultant with Deloitte. With Masters Degrees in Engineering and Business Administration and experience with a "Big 5 Consultancy", Todd continues to be actively involved in defining and delivering strategy engagements for inCode's customers.
Rob Chimsky Rob is responsible for Business Development at inCode and is also the chief technologist. With 25+ years in Telecommunications and wireless, Rob brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to client engagements. Rob joined inCode in 2001 and has held several positions leading business development and consulting delivery both domestically and internationally. Previous to inCode Rob was SVP of Network and Subscriber Device Technology Development at Nextel where he led development activities from first inception to first market introduction. Rob has a Masters of Business Administration Marketing from St. Mary’s College in California.
Lee Wagner Lee Wagner leads inCode’s strategy and implementation practice for enterprise mobility. Mr. Wagner has experience developing solutions for enterprise clients in the areas of mobility, applications, business process and network implementations. Prior to joining inCode in 2003, Mr. Wagner was a senior manager of technology infrastructure strategy and operations for Deloitte Consulting.Before joining Deloitte in 1994, Mr. Wagner was associate director of operations for the Kirklin Clinic at the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation. Mr. Wagner received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. He has a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science and Health Services Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Jorge Fuenzalida Mr. Fuenzalida has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience directing projects for wireless and wireline telecommunications carriers, equipment manufacturers, cable MSOs and private equity companies in areas of wireless technology, corporate strategy and wireless solutions. Prior to joining inCode, Mr. Fuenzalida was Director of the Transportation Practice for Vytek, co- founder of Extendea, and Associate Director of International Development for Bellsouth Mobile Data. He also was a Senior Manager in the Communications Industry practice at Deloitte Consulting, where he led projects in strategy and business development for many of North America’s largest telecom companies. Mr. Fuenzalida began his career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton as a technology consultant. Mr. Fuenzalida holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BSEE from the University of Virginia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is the Co-Chair of the Board of the Artemis Guild at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History.
Bengt Nordström Bengt Nordström leads inCode’s international business and has 23 years experience in telecommunications, technology planning, and consulting services. His telecom career began in 1983 at Ericsson, where he successfully managed telecommunications projects in Africa, China and the United Kingdom. At Comviq GSM AB in Sweden, he was Project Manager of the launch of one of the first commercial GSM networks in the world. In 1992, Nordström was appointed to lead the telecomconsulting company, Netcom. Later, Nordström served as CTO and Executive Director at Smartone in Hong Kong. Nordström has been active in the GSM Association, serving as Executive Committee Member and Chairman of the Asia Pacific Interest Group. Bengt Nordström was the co-founder and CEO of Northstream AB, a Stockholm-based consulting company acquired by inCode in late 2005.
